TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE,CANNOT BE RESOLD, EXCHANGED OR MONEY REFUNDED

The use of cameras or any form of audio or visual recording in the auditorium is prohibited.   
 
Every effort will be made to admit latecomers as soon as a suitable break occurs, but admission is not guaranteed.

The management reserves the right to remove any ticket holder from the theatre, without refund, on reasonable grounds including, without limitation, where the ticket holder breaches these Terms and Conditions, disrupts other audience members’ enjoyment or does anything that the Management considers to be unacceptable behaviour which may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Ticket holders must comply with instructions and directions given by the Theatre staff.

Group Bookers, Friends of the Roses, Wheelchair users and customers wanting to book for Row H , need to phone to book via the box office.

To pay by post: please send cheques/PO made payable to ‘The Roses Theatre Trust’, to The Roses Theatre, Sun Street, Tewkesbury, Glos. GL20 5NX. Please remember to include the processing fee. If you would like your tickets posted, enclose an SAE.

Reservations: Payment is required within 3 days or 3 days before an event, whichever is sooner.

Refunds:  Only available in the event of the Roses theatre management cancellation of an event/film. Booking fee and postage are non re-fundable.

Processing Fee (cheque and credit/debit cards only): 50p per ticket (£2 max per booking). Exemptions: Seat Donors and Friends.
We accept Visa, Switch, Maestro and MasterCard.

Concession: Available (where specified)to children under 16, students in full time education, senior citizens, registered disabled and those on benefits. Proof of eligibility is required.
We welcome patrons with disabilities; please advise the Box Office if you require any special assistance. Wheelchair places are available in row H, all with level access. Guide Dogs are welcome.

A hearing loop is in operation in the auditorium for most live performances and all film screenings.

Age suitability of shows is for guidance only and based on advice from visiting acts. We are unable to accept responsibility for accuracy.

Children under the age of 3 are allowed to sit on an adult lap, for appropriate performances, at no charge.

Please note that only alcohol bought at the theatre may be consumed on the premises.
